- Can a pendant bail be replaced without damaging the pendant?
- Yes. The bail is removed at the join and a new one fitted, laser-welded where the pendant contains heat-sensitive stones or enamel.
- Can you shorten or lengthen a necklace?
- Both. Links are removed or matched stock added, with the clasp re-fitted so the finished length is exactly what the customer specified.
