Custom Repair Solutions
When Stock Won't Solve It.
One-off repairs that fall outside the standard catalog — custom component fabrication, CAD-modeled rebuilds, and senior-bench problem-solving.
And when a piece
actually needs it.
Some repairs have no catalogue entry. A discontinued clasp with no stock equivalent, a gallery that has to be rebuilt from a single photograph, an insurance loss replacement of a piece that no longer exists — these need a component designed and fabricated rather than ordered. Custom work starts with a photographed scope and a written quote, because the honest answer to 'what will this cost' can only follow an evaluation of what actually has to be built.
Quoted in writing after evaluation — no bench work begins until the price is approved.

Engineered for
retail programs.
Some repairs can't be solved with stock heads, stock shanks, or off-the-shelf clasps. When a piece needs a custom part fabricated or an entire section re-engineered, the job comes to our master bench.
Custom work is scoped, photographed, and quoted before execution — retailers get a clear cost and timeline before authorizing the repair so there are no customer-facing surprises.

Custom Repair Solutions,
answered.
Specific questions about custom repair solutions — what it costs, when it's needed, and what we do differently.
- Can you rebuild a part from a photograph?
- Frequently, yes. We model the missing component in CAD against reference images and surviving dimensions, print a wax, and cast in matched alloy — then hand-finish it to the original surface.
- How long does custom fabrication take?
- Longer than catalogue repair, and the timeline is stated in the quote rather than estimated afterwards. CAD, casting, setting, and finishing are each scheduled stages.
- Do you handle insurance loss replacements?
- Yes, including fabrication to an appraisal specification with the before-and-after documentation adjusters require.
