- RJS maintains a Lloyd's of London Jewelers Block Policy for pieces in its custody. Shipping and coverage details are confirmed as part of the intake process.
- Can every piece be repaired?
- Not always. Some proprietary constructions, specialized finishes, or severely compromised pieces may require service from the original manufacturer. We would rather make that recommendation clearly than accept a repair that should not be performed independently.
