Capability 17

Watch Band Adjustment
Sized to Wrist.

Link removal, micro-adjustment, pin and screw replacement, and strap fitting — across metal bracelets, leather, rubber, and NATO straps.

Overview

Engineered for
retail programs.

Watch-band sizing looks simple but a mis-pressed pin or stripped screw turns a five-minute job into a warranty problem. Our bench uses calibrated band tooling and OEM-spec pins to protect the bracelet.

Leather and rubber strap fitting is handled with the same discipline — proper spring-bar selection, sized to the case lug width, and matched to the customer's wrist measurement.
